焦炉显热回收概述
及荒煤气余热利用实例分析

摘要:节能减排为永恒的主题,焦化行业是高耗能、高排放产业,节能减排潜力巨大介绍了焦炉余热余能回收利用情况,以及处于研发试验阶段的几种典型的焦炉荒煤气余热利用技术。详细介绍了纳米几何态构体上升管换热器及配套系统的荒煤气余热利用技术,及其在邮钢焦化厂的应用情况。经过一年多的工业化试验,年可回收0.6MPa的饱和蒸汽8.76万t,折合节约标煤0.829万t,每年减排CO,2.17 万t,SO,70.5t,具有明显的环境效益和经济效益,值得推广。

Ab tract: Energy cn servation and emission reduction is an eternal theme. Coking is a industy with high energy consumpt on and high emission, whi h has great potential for energy saving and emission reduction. This paper introduces the recovery and utilization of coke oven residual heat energy and some typical waste heat utilization technologies of raw gas under development test. Th s paper also introducesi n detail raw gas waste heat utiliz tion technology of the nanometre geometry configuration rising pipe heat exchanger and its supporting system, and its application in Hansteel ck ing plant. In more than ay ear of industrial test, the system was proved to be able to recycle 0. 6 MPa saturated steam 87 600 tons for one year, which is equal to 8 290 tons of standn d coal, red ce discharging 21 700 tons of CO, and 70. 5 tons of SO2. Therefore, it is worth promoting for obvious environmental and economic benefits.
