基于虚拟现实技术开发的矿山救援虚拟仿真演练系统

摘要:为提高矿山救援队伍的救灾实战能力,提升日常训练效果,基于Unity3D虚拟现实开发平台,结合救援演练内容,设计出矿山救援虚拟仿真演练系统实现框架。采用高质量建模技术建立救援模型和场景,在数据库数据管理的基础上,利用基于时间尺度的知识推理方法,实现火灾、水灾、煤与瓦斯突出、煤尘爆炸和顶板灾害等5种灾害动态场景的模拟和控制,采用IK骨骼控制、有机状态机技术实现系统交互控制。最终形成了基于虚拟现实技术的矿山救授虚报仿真演练系统,可为仿真演练技术在灾害救援领域的应用提供参考。

Abstract : To improve the practical ability of disaster relief of mine rescue team and enhance the effect of routine training, the implementation plan of the mine rescue virtual simulation training system was designed based on the Unity 3D virtual reality development plaform and the content of rescue drill. Firstly, using high quality modeling techniques to build rescue models and scenarios; secondly, on the basis of data management in the database, using the knowledge reasoning method based on time seale, the simulation and control of five kinds of dynamic disaster scenarios including fire, flood, coal and gas outburst, coal dust explosion and roof disaster were realized, IK bone control and organic state machine technology were adopted to realize system interactive control. Finally , a mine rescue drill virtual simulation system based on virtual reality technology was realized, which provided a reference for the application of simulation training technology in disaster rescue.

传统的救护队增训演练主要在演习巷道内进行,这种培训方式仅能实现灾害位置和灾变环境的简单示意,尚不能实现灾害环境的动态模拟,训练场所与现场灾变环境之间依然存在较大差距;且未能实现训练过程可视化和可控化,场景仿真程度较低,导致救援培训演练效果较差[2-3]。
随着虚拟仿真技术的发展,开发高逼真度、高沉浸感和便捷交互的矿山救援队伍培训演练仿真系统成为可能。基于Unity3D虚拟现实开发平台,参考《煤矿安全规程》和矿山救援规程》等规范文件,结合应急救援培训内容,设计开发了一套基于虚拟现
