对瓦斯放散初速度的影响

(1.瓦斯灾害监控与应急技术国家重点实验室,重庆400037;2.中煤科工集团重庆研究院有限公司,重庆400037)摘要:为了分析煤的灰分、挥发分与孔隙率的关联,以及煤的孔隙特征、坚固性系数等对瓦斯放散初速度的影响,在我国8个典型矿区累计采集了84个煤样,开展了相应的实验测试。通过对实验数据的数值分析发现:大部分矿区煤的灰分、挥发分与孔隙率之间的拟合函数服从二元线性函数,仅晋城矿区煤样的拟合函数为曲面函数;各矿区煤样孔隙率、坚固性系数与瓦斯放散初速度之间的数学关系明显,具体可分为3种类型。在煤的灰分、挥发分与孔隙率之间关联的基础上,考虑煤的坚固性系数的影响,得到的各拟合函数精度更高,其计算值与实测值的变化趋势基本一致,可为煤与瓦斯突出孕灾特征的分析提供一定的参考,同时对于研究煤与瓦斯突出预测的新指标具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: In order to analyze the correlation of ash content, wolatile mater and porosity of coal and theeffect of the pore characteristics and coal hardness coefficient on the initial speed of methane diffusion, 84 coal samples were taken from 8 typical mining areas in our country, and the corresponding tests were carried out. It was found from the numerical analysis of the experimental data that the ftting function of the ash content, volatile matter and the porosity of coal samples in most mining areas obeyed the binary linear function, and only the ftting function of the coal sample in Jincheng Mining Area was a curved surface function; the mathematical relationship between the porosity, hardness coefficient and initial speed of methane diffusion of coal samples in every mining area was obvious, it can concretely divided into three kinds. Based on the corelation between the ash content, volatile content and porosity of coal samples and by taking the impact of the hardness coefficient of coal into consideration, the more accurate fitting function was obtained, the change tendency of the calculated value and the measured value was basically the same, which can provide some reference for analyzing the characteristics of coal and gas outburst disasters, in addition, it has important practical significance for studying the new index of coal and gas outburst prediction.
