发电机短路干燥技术探讨

摘要:农村小水电多建在地势低洼的江河湖边,在遇河水暴涨时电站的发电机易被洪水浸没,致使电机短时间内无法发电.在处理此类发电机定子绕组绝缘时,采用短路干燥法是最简捷有效的干燥方法.就此对短路干燥法的原理、短路干燥法转子可调直流电流的获取及操作方法进行阐述,论述了干燥过程中的技术要求、安全措施、数据分析及注意事项

On Generator Short-Circuit Exsiccation Technology

Abstract ; Small rural hydropower plants are mostly built on the low -lying banks of rivers and lakes , the generators in power plants are easy to be submerged by flood when encountered with the surging of river water , which may result in the failure of power generation in a short time . When handling the insulation of such kind of generator stator winding , the short-cirecuit exsiccation method can be the most simple and effective method . The principles of short-circuit exsiccation method are in -troxduced, as well as the methods of access to the adjustable DC current of rotors by virtue of the short -circuit exsiccation method and its operating methods , and some technical requirements , safety measures , data analysis and precautions during the exsiccation process are also illustrated.

发电机定子绝缘电阻降低原因有多种,概括起来主要有2点:(1)发电机定子本身绝缘损坏或老化,即机组超年限运行或长期超负荷运行造成绝缘老化,使发电机绝缘电阻降低;(2)绝缘受潮,即机组长期停机,空气中的潮气浸入或发电机进水,造成发电机绝缘电阻降低.开化县七里龙电站,装机容量3×250 kW立式机组,在2017年6月24日遭遇特大洪灾,厂房进水淹没高度达1.75m,厂内发电机、主变、配电柜等电气设备全部被水淹没,所有住房被冲毁,损失惨重.为了电站尽早恢复运行,减少损失,技术人员连夜加班抢修,其中发电机定子线圈用高压清水彻底冲洗,并采取了短路干燥法进行烘干处理

随意加电压的,否则会造成定子绝缘被破坏的严重后果.短路干燥法就是根据发电机定子三相短路电压为零的特性,当机组运行在额定转速时,在转子上通以可调直流电流产生旋转磁场,利用机组自身电磁感应的发电机原理,在定子上产生三相正弦交流电流,进而在铁芯和定子线圈上产生铁损和铜损,并利用铁损和铜损产生的热量使发电机温度升高,达到定转子绝缘被烘干的目的"】
