临海大田平原河网水系调整影响分析

要:通过临海大四平原河网水动力二维数学模型,分新水系调整前后的流场和水位分布,认为水系骨干河流局摘
部扩宽、分支河网与骨干河网的连通,尤其是在灵江下游钓鱼亭镇附近新增加的钓鱼亭控制间工程,增加了洪水排出通道,分流了洪水,使得大图河水位下降0.2~0.7m,表明水系调整有利于平原河网防洪排涝,由于城区河网充

Abstract; river system was widened and the connectivity between the branch network and the backbone network, especially in the lower reaches of Lingjiang River, the newly built Diaoyuting Gate-controlled Project near Dia river system was wid-ened and the connectivity between the branch network and the backbone network, especially in the lower reaches of Lingjiang River, the newly built Diaoyuting Gate-controlled Project near Diaoyuting inereased the flood discharge, decrea-sing the water level of Datian River by 0. 2 ~ 0.7 m, which indicates that the adjustment of the water system is beneficial to the flood control and drainage of the plain river network. As the urban river network is fully connected, the exchange of wa-ter in the urban river network is speeded up and the urban water environment is improved.

响水域的行洪排涝安全;此外,随着城市人口的不断增加,生活垃圾量的激增,利用水域填埋垃圾的处理方式,不但侵占了河流水域,而且污染了水源,破环了生态环境.为了使得城市建设用地与水域有机协调,达到“人水和谐”的发展目标,需要对临海经济开发区境内的河网水系进行调整,通过对水系的合理布局,以达到满足水域占补平衡,合理利用水资源,保护水生态环境,保障行洪、排涝安全等目的;同时兼顾区域土地利用的完整性和交通的便捷性[2]
