摘要针对商温深部复事地层的钻保需求,通过分子设计研发出一斜抗温达200“、其有用性结构和高遥形变能力的抗路温封端防通剂SMNA-1,该利在140~200C产语退度募图内,管够端过其变形性和转结性有效地堆册填充幕结惠锈,同时剂用其自身的疏水性能在滤磷表通形成对格膜,束碍自由水,增强激辨的势性和致害性,降低高温高压薄失量,提高结并波的射堵防竭能力。以抗高温对端防增处理剂为主剂SMNA-1,优量抗高温降滤冬制SMPFL-L、SML-4和高效润滑剂 SMII-1等抗高温外理剂,构集出抗高遇强封端结并兼体系,就高温黑合物降落失剂SMPFL-L以两烯酰股、2-再筛配股基长链烷基碳酸、双婚读酸事单体采用自由基聚合制得。分子量较低,且分于量分布具有多分微性,能和盐水基荣中加入 2%SMPFLL后可使高温高压清失量降低系54mL,该剂还具有良好的解累额作用,耐温达210%,抗高满抗盐降滤失剂 SML-4是针对高雷度钻并减固剂加重材料含量高对降露失要求,研发的一种降离失剂,其能够部分改变加重材料表面性质,提高加重转料约分微谨,降低水化膜厚度,4%SML-4可使高密度盐水浆的API减失量由164mL降至5.8mL,且不增加钻寻液的嘉度。在鲁度为2.0g/cm结非施中加入2%高收润滑剂SMJH-1,极压润需系数降低率为24%,该体系在新提版北1-1H 并三开#股现场应用重1300m,施工顺利,未出现任何复表情况,试验升并平均并经扩大率仅6.8%,并身质量好,取器了良好的应用效采。

Study and Application ofa High TemperatureDrlling Fluid with StrongPlugging Capacity

Abstract A high temperature borehole wall stabilizing agent SMNA-1 was developed to resolve problems encountered in high temperature deep well drilling. SMNA-1 functions at high temperature to above 200 °C, It has a rigid molecular structure and is deformable at high temperature. SMNA-1 is able to enhance the strength of mud cake through its deformability and cohesion capacity. SMNA-1, through its hydrophobicity, also forms a sealing membrane on the surface of mud cake to bind free water and enhance the toughness and consistence of the mud cake, thereby reducing HTHP filter loss and enhancing the capacity of drilling fluid to plugging and stabilizing borehole wall. A high temperature polymer filter loss reducer, SMPFL-L, was synthesized with acrylamide, 2-acrylamide long carbon chain sulfonic acid and diene sulfonic acid through free radical polymerization, SMPFL-L has low widely distributed molecular weight, A saturated saltwater drilling fluid treated with 2%SMPFL-L had its HTHP filter loss reduced to 54 mL The property of SMPFL-L remained stable at 210 °C, and had good deflocculating ability. SML-4, a high tempcrature salt-resistant os nar seae ueapam s aa e an o edoaaa aaq seonpaoag content. SML-4 is able to alter the surface behavior, enhance the dispersity, and thin the hydration film of weighting material. A high density saltwater drlling fluid treated with 4% SML-4 had its API filter loss reduced from 164 mL to 5.8 mL, without increasing the viscosity ofthe dilling fluid. A drilling fluid of2.0 g/cm’ treated with 2% SMJH-1 had its extreme pressure friction coefficient reduced by 24%. A high temperature drilling fluid with strong plugging capacity has been developed with SMNA-1 as the main additive,
