绍兴城市水系治理变迁与成效

摘要：城市河湖水系是城市发展及居住环境极为重要的组成部分，直接关系到城市的品位和发展.绍兴的城市特色决定了其发展必然与水相连，而治水尤重.绍兴水系在历史上几经治理，累有变迁，从越国时期的平原河网水系形成如今的曹娥江大水系，城市也固之不断发展繁华.绍兴城市水系在治理经过拓联大环河、修治古运河、疏清古
河、通泼新区河、整治古鉴湖等多项举措，并在治理实践中传承弘扬了大禹治水的精神关键调：水系；治理；变迁；成效

Abstract : Urban water system of rivers and lakes is an important part of urban development and living environment, and it is directly related to the taste and development of the city. The urban characteristics of Shaoxing determines its development to be connected with water, and the water treatment is especially important. The water system in Shaoxing has been man-aged several times in the past, changing from the plain river system in Yue Period to the great water system of Cao'e River, and the city has been prospering continuously. The management of urban river system in Shaoxing city witnessed the meas-ures such as the dredging of the ancient canal, the improving of the ancient moat, the deepening of the new river, and the
regulating of ancient Jianhu, inheriting and developing the spirit of Dayu. Key words: river system; management; change; effect

绍兴城市水系的起源
气候地理环境是历史演进的舞台，也是水系形成的基础条件.气候地理环境的变迁直接影响到人类的生产活动，在历史发展的早期更具有重要的作用.绍兴山水地貌独特，全境处于浙西山地丘陵、浙东丘陵山地和浙北平原三大地貌单元的交接带，地貌多样，地势由西南山区向东北平原和杭州湾倾斜趋势.绍虞平原平均海拨在5~10m左右.地表江河纵横，湖泊棋布
