(1.南京工业大学环境学院,江苏南京211816;2.环境保护部南京环境科学研究所,江苏南京210042)摘要:以酸洗废硫酸和H,O,组成的氧化体系,降解农药废水中的COD。采用Box-Behnken试验设计,以COD去除率为响应值,考察了废硫酸投加量、H,O,投加量以及反应时间的单独作用和交互影响,通过建立COD降解率数学模型预测酸洗废硫酸/H,O,氧化体系的最佳氧化参数。结果表明,在废硫酸添加量为14.17mL/L、H,O,添加量为1.47mL/L、反应对间为55.9min时,COD降解率存在最大值,为47.79%,在该条件下进行7次试验对模型预测结果进行验证,7次试验的COD降解率平均值为
H,O,氧化工艺。此外,对7次试验出水中Pb、Cr也进行了检测,7次试验出水中均未检测出Pb、Cr元素,因此,酸洗废硫酸中存在的微量重金属元素不会对最终出水水质产生影响。表明酸洗废硫酸/
H,O,氧化体系用于农药废水处理工艺是可行的。关键词:酸洗废硫酸;H,O2;农药废水;COD;响应面

Abstract: The Chemical Oxygen Demand( COD) in the waste water of pesticide production was degraded by the oxidation system con sists of waste sulfuric acid and Hydrogen Peroxide. Based on the dedsign of Box-Behnken test,taking the removal rate of COD as re-sponse value,the authors studied the relationship of the reaction time and the additive amount of waste sulfuric acid and H, O, ,the opti-mum reaction conditions were obtained by mathematical modelling, Results showed that, when the additive amount of waste sulfuric acid is 14. 17 ml/L, Hydrogen Peroxide is 1. 47 mL/L, and the reaction time is 55. 9 min, the degradation rale of chemical oxygen is 47. 79% . In order to confirm the accuracy of mathematical model,7 experiments were carried out,and the average is 47, 52% , There is a difference of 0. 56% from the predicted value,and it shows that the mathematical model can explain the process better, In addition, Pb and Cr were not detected in the actual test, The results showed that trace amounts of heavy metals in waste acid have no affect on efflu-ent,so the oxidation system is feasible for the treatment of the waste water of pesticide production.
