高应力软岩巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要:责州某矿井底车场绕道巷变形严重且存在置顶隐惠,经过2次维修,变形量依然很大,局部地投两帮移近量和顶板下沉量均超过1000mm,并且伴随较为严重的底鼓。基于巷道围岩变形机理,提出了巷道补强支护方案,通过注浆改善围岩力学性能,同时改善锚杆锚固基础;加大锚杆支护强度,增加底角锚杆。数值模拟和现场测试分析表明,采用注案加固显著提高了围岩强度及支护体系的承载能力,减少了巷道围岩两帮和顶底板的位移量,维护了巷道的稳定性;采用底角错杆对巷道底板进行加固,底鼓得到了很好控制,补强支护方案效果明显,有效消除了管顶隐患,保证了巷道在服务期内的安全生产要求。

Abstract;Shaft bottom around roadway of a mine in Guizhou deformation seriously and exist hidden danger of caving,although by twice maintenance,deformation still large,local deformation amount of two sides and roof exceed 1 000 mm,and aceompany with serious floor heave, Based on deformation mechanism of roadway surrounding rock, the reinforcement scheme of roadway was put forward, through grouting,the mechanical properties of surrounding rock improved and the anchoring foundation of bolt improved at the same time,to in crease bolt support strength, and to inerease floor bolt. Numerical simulation and field test analysis showed that by adapting grouting re inforce,surrounding rock strength and bear capacity raised obviously , decreasing displacement of roadway,which propitious to maintain stability of roadway. Floor of roadway was reinforced by using floor bolt, which effectively dominate floor heave, effect of reinforcemen support scheme was obvious, and the hidden danger of roof fall was effectively eliminated, and to guarantee safe production requirement of the roadway during the service period

高应力软岩巷道支护问题是各种地下工程围岩控制的难题之一,多年来广大采矿工程技术人员及专家学者一直致力于这方面的研究,取得了一些研究成果,但由于不同煤矿地质及开采技术条件各不相同,所取得的研究成果难以在不同矿区推广应用14。因此,不同的矿区需根据其具体情况,研究合适的巷道围岩控制技术。

由于地质地形条件限制,贵州某矿采准巷道绝大部分都处于构造带影响范围之内,表现出了不稳定性围岩特点,具有松散、软弱、泥化等特点。其中井底车场绕道巷变形严重且存在官顶隐患,虽经过 2次维修,但变形量依然很大,局部地段两帮移近量和顶板下沉量均超过1000mm,并且伴随较为严重的底鼓,而且巷道围岩变形仍在持续当中。由于巷道的服务时间较长,为了保证并底车场正常使用,同时也为今后类似条件下巷道合理支护形式和参数的
