松软破碎巷道围岩注浆加固技术研究

摘要:古书院煤矿15号煤1523101巷道围岩松软破碎,巷道围岩变形量大,巷道必须进行维修才能使用。基于巷道地质与生产条件,分析了破碎围岩注浆加固的机理和作用,并进行多方案注浆加固方案模拟。研究了适合破碎围岩巷道注浆加固的合理加固支护方式及参数,在1523101巷进行了工业试验。在试验巷道进行了矿压监测,监测结果表明:巷道顶底板最大移近量为33mm,两帮最大移近量为22mm,最大底鼓量为30mm,巷道变形量总体很小,能够满足巷道的安全使用。试验注浆加固效果显著,高强锚杆支护配合注浆加固联合支护系统是造合受采动影响巷道的安全、有效和经济的支护方式。

Grouting reinforcement technique of roadway with soft and broken surrounding rock

Abstract : The surrounding rock is soft and broken in 1523101 roadway in Gushuyuan Coal Mine , the deformation of surrounding rock is large. Therefore, the roadway can not be used, unless maintenance. Based on the above reasons, firstly, the geological and production conditions of the roadway were analyzed in detail, and then the mechanism and effeet of grouting reinforcement of broken surrounding rock were analyzed,finally ,several grouting reinforcement schemes were used to compare and analyze. The method and parameters of the rational grouting reinforcement for the broken roadway were studied,the industrial test was carried out in 1523101 roadway. The pressure monitoring was carried out in the roadway , and the result showed that the maximum displacement of roof and floor is 33 mm. The maxi-mum two-side displacement is 22 mm,the maximum floor heave is 30 mm. Overall, the roadway deformation is very small, and it can meet the safety of the roadway. Based on the above research results, the grouting reinforcement effect is very significant, high strength bolt supporting and grouting reinforcement method is suitable for roadway supporting influenced by dynamic pressure, and it is a safe , ef-fective and economic support method.

古书院矿1523101巷为古一凤联合出煤的行人通道,巷道作为152310工作面的巷道使用,但巷道在掘出1000m后出现已掘巷道底鼓、两帮变形、顶板断裂等强变形特征,底鼓量达1600mm,两帮移近达1400mm,顶板沿中间至右帮范围出现纵向断
裂,除个别裂缝靠近左帮煤柱外裂缝宽度10~20 mm,已严重影响巷道的正常安全使用。该巷道服务年限长,加固施工时普通支护方式难以进行施工,有必要开发适合该矿经济有效的极软煤岩失控巷道加固技术,对1523101巷的加固技术进行研究
