钢种差异性对板坏连铸自由线收缩的影响规律研究

Abstract: The computational models for the analysis of heat transfer and related linear contraction of slab casting have been developed for the continuous casting process. The temperature profile, solidification progress and the linear contraction in the thickness direction have been revealed accordingly. Based on the in situ casting condition of 304 stainless steel and Q235B steel, it is shown that the slab linear contraction develops slowly at the initial period of the secondary cooling, but shows quick development at the final stage of the cooling zone while approaching the crater end. For being given surface temperature profile, remarkable differences of the total contraction amount and linear contraction rate have been observed for slabs under its varied steel grades, There is no remarkable variation of the slab contraction behavior for different casting temperature Key words: continuous casting slab; stainless steel; linear contraction; caster roller gap
板坏连铸辑缝设定必须以所浇铸钢种铸坏自结晶器出口至出连铸机过程中的板坏厚度方向的自由线收缩!为基础.当辊缝设定值大于板坏铸流当地厚度时,辊列对板坏的夹持效果随之下降,高温坏壳在钢水静压力作用下鼓肚变形将会加剧.研究表明,鼓肚变形是加剧铸坏中心线偏析的重要诱因,其中以凝固末端的鼓肚变形对中心线偏析的作用程度最为明显2-4};另一方面,当辊缝设定值小于板坏铸流当地厚度时,板坏将发生夹持变形,铸坏窄面鼓肚加剧,并将导致铸流拉坏阻力的增加.此外,扇形段设

备所承受的变形抗力也将增加,可能导致夹持辑变形加剧乃至设备损伤(如辊子断裂或轴承座破坏),值得注意的是,钢种差异可能对铸坏高温热物理特性有重要影响,也将影响到相应钢种板坏连铸凝固与冷却收缩的程度.本文基于304不锈钢和Q235B 的热特性,并考板坏连铸设备与冷却工艺的特点,建立板坏连铸自由线收缩热态模拟数学模型,分析讨论钢种差异对板坏传热凝固过程及收缩历程的影响规律
