致密油藏多级压裂水平井CO,吞吐开发方式研究

(1.中国石油大学石油工程教育部重点实验室,北京102249;2.中国石油大学提高采收率研究院,北京102249)摘要:我国致密油裁大都采用水平井多级压裂技术进行开发,初期产能较高但产量递减快,函须补充油藏能量。CO,吞吐是一种经济有效的增油措施,为致密油藏长期稳定开发提供了新思路。以L致密油藏G油层为例,建立多级压裂水平井单井吞吐模型,用数值模拟的方法研究周期注入量、注入速度、焖井时间等对吞吐开发效果的影响。研究结果表明,在合理吞吐参数下,L致密油藏多级压裂水平井可以获得较好的开发效果。

horizontal well in tight oil reservoirs

Abstract : Horizontal well combined with multi-stage fracturing technology was used for developing tight oil reservoirs in China now,and the initial production was high but declines rapidly ,and it was urgent to replenish the reservoir energy. CO, huff and puff was an eco nomic and effective method to increase oil production, which provided a new idea for long-term stable development of tight reservoirs, Taking C layer in L tight oil reservoir as an example, establishing a single well CO, huff and puff model, using numerical simulatior technology to quantify the impacts of operation parameters such as the periodic injection volume,injection rate,soaking time and so on. The research showed that under the reasonable huff-n-puff operational parameters , the multi-stage fracturing horizontal well can obtain a better development effect.

在世界油气需求不断增长而常规油气资源日益枯竭的大趋势下,致密油的高效开发成为新的热点。目前,我国致密油藏大都采用水平并多级压裂技术进行开发,初期产能较高,但由于缺乏外部能量补充,产量递减迅速,最终采收率低。要实现该类油藏长期稳定开发,驱须寻找可行的能量补充方式[13]。 CO,吞吐技术具有投资少、易操作和适用范围广等优点,可有效补充油藏能量,提高油并产量和采收
率,为实现致密油藏长期稳定开发提供新思路3]。
本文研究区块L油田为特低渗透储层,大规模人工压裂后,如果采用注水开发,注人水容易沿裂缝发生突窦进,开发效果较差,因而考虑采用CO,吞叶来提高油藏动用率和采收率。利用CMG数值模拟软件,在Petrel地质建模的基础上,分析致密油藏多级压裂水平井CO,吞吐过程中主要工作参数如CO 周期注人量、吞吐时机、CO,注入速度、焖井时间和吞吐轮次等对采收率的影响,最终确定一套研究区块实施CO,吞吐技术的工作方案[45】
