锻造液压机工作缸连接球铰的结构研究

摘要:针对锻造液压机工作缸连接球结构设计缺少理论依据的问题,通过分析球铰球面润滑条件明确了球铰摩擦状态,通过建立偏载工况下单、双连接球较自锁时工作缸力学分析模型,分析了工作缸受力状况,并确定柱塞对导向套的侧推力。基于赫慈接触理论分析了柱塞与导向套接触状况,并以导向套强度为条件,限制球较对工作征传递的摩擦转矩,研究了球段允许摩擦圆半径的计算方法。综合偏心锻造工况,确定了球较摩擦圆半径,根据球较摩擦因半径与球较结构的关系,提出球级结构参数的确定方法。依据以上方法,选择4台现有设备工作缸的球铰结构进行设计计算,计算结果表明单球铰结构工作征抗偏载能力弱于双球铵结构工作缸,且现有设备的单球较结构存在设计隐患。

Study on structure for connecting spherical hinge of forging hydraulic cylinder

Abstract : For lacking of theoretical basis of the structural design of forging hydraulic cylinder's connection spherical hinge, the status of spherical hinge friction was confirmed by analyzing lubrication conditions of spherical hinge surface. Then, the stress state of working cyl-inder was studied by setting up the mechanics model of working cylinder under the eccentrice forging of the self-locked single and double spherical hinges, and the side force of plunger on guide sleeve was obtained. Based on Hertz contact theory, the eontact condition be-tween plunger and guide sleeve was analyzed, and the caleulation method of allowed friction eirele nadius for spherical hinge was stuxdied posodoo arano uopua as aros apng a ases oy apea upoa a aq pausen anor roay a su enor eccentric: forging conditions, the spherical hinge friction circle radius was confirmed, and the methods of determining spherical hinge struc-tural parameters were put forward aceording to the relationship between friction cirele radius and structure of spherical hinge. According to the above methods, the spherical hinge structure of four existing working cylinders were designed and calculated. The theoretical calcula-tion results indicate that the anti-eccentric load capacity of the single-ball hinge cylinder is weaker than that of the double-ball hinge cylin-der, and the design of single-ball hinge structure is with hidden troubles.

用单作用柱塞缸,其柱塞与活动梁通过球支承连接(2)。小型液压机工作缸采用单球铰结构,大中型液压机工作缸采用双球铰结构[3-4]。
工作缸柱塞与液压机的连接形式经历了刚性连接、单球铰连接和双球铰连接3个过程。在实际应用中,球铰连接形式对液压机工作缸也起到了明显的保护作用。文献[5]基于MSC.MARC仿真平台,对单球和双球铰2种不同的连接方式的工作缸分别模拟压机偏载过程,得出偏载时不同连接方式下主工作缸系统的应力分布和变形程度,并与理
