大长细比带凹底筒形件旋压成形方法研究

摘要:针对大长细比带凹底简形件采用拼焊成形时工艺复杂、成形精度低、产品质量差等跌陷,提出采用普通能压与强力施压相结合的复合旋压成形方法来实现其完整制造,通过理论分析获得了复合旋压成形过程中变形量的分配原则。采用善旋圆需形与强能直线形相结合的旋轮轨迹,旋压成形简形件的凹底部分,在旋压系数大于极限旋压系数的条件下拉深旋压获得简形坏料,采用圆弧形及双锥面旋轮分别将屏蔽罩圆弧段及直筒段旋压减薄到规定尺寸等工序,成功加工出高精度的长细比为 2.01的带回底简形件,同时生产效率提高了50%左右,为此类零件的制造提供了一种全新的方法。

Abstract : For the defects of complex process, low forming precision and poor production quality during the drawing process of large slen-demess ratio cylinders with concave bottom fomed by tailor welded, the composite spinning method combined with the conventional spin ning and power spinning was put forward, and the integral manufacturing of large slendemess ratio cylinders with concave bottom was real-ized. The deformation assignment principle of the composite spinning was obtained by the theoretical analysis, and the concave bottom was spun by spinning wheel locus combining circular-are in the conventional spinning and straight line in the power spinning. Then, under the condition that the spinning coeficient was larger than the limit spinning coefficient, the blank was obtained by the drawing and spinning. Finally , cireular-arc and straight in the shield were spun to thin a certain degree by circular-are and double-tapered rollers respectively, and the qualified eylinders with the slendermess ratio of 2. 01 and concave botom was produced. At the same time, the production efficien cy is increased over 50% . Thus, a new manufacture method of the large slendemess ratio cylinders with concave botom is provided for in-dustrial batch production.

大长细比筒形件是广泛应用于航空航天、工程机械、医疗等领域的一类重要零部件,如应用于核电技术的核主泵屏蔽罩及高压电器开关屏蔽罩等。随着工业生产的快速发展,对此类零件的尺寸精度和力学性能提出了更高的要求[1]。

大长细比带凹底筒形件形状复杂,传统的成形方法有组焊、拉深等。采用组焊方法成形时,由于存在焊缝及焊接变形,需要进行后续打磨及校形,降低了生产效率、增加了生产成本,并影响到成形件的尺寸精度;同时,由于焊缝易脆裂,使产品的寿命降低[2-3]。采用拉深方法成形时,由于受拉深极限的限制,对于此类带凹底筒形件需多道次拉深成形,所需模具较多,成本较高;同时,由于存在回弹,产品的精度很难保证[4]。因此,大细长比带凹底筒形件的高精度、高性能、低成本完整制造已成为众多领域虽待解决的关键性技术难题。
