摘要:以轧制温度、轧制力、轧制力矩、电机功率为约束条件,建立了热连轧最小可轧厚度的约束模型;以板形良好为限制板形良好,面且相对等负荷分配可以充分发挥轧机和电机的能力,
,从而更精确地计算出最小可轧厚度。在此基础上,针对不
同产品厚度和宽度规格,开发了可轧范固模拟计算程序。
通过计算对比,
该程序具有较高的计算精度,能够准确反膜出不同
钢种的可轧范围规律。对于某一轧线:当产品较宽时,
,最小可轧厚度主要受限于轧制力、轧制力矩等约束条件;当轧件较牵
时,轧机力能参数富余量大,
最小可轧厚度主要受限于终轧温度,

Abstract : Base on the constraint conditions of rolling temperature, rolling force, rolling torque and motor power, a constraint model of the smallest permissive rolling thickness for hot continuous rolling was established. Based on the limiting condition of optimal shape and ai-ming at the optimal object of relative equal load, a model of optimizing rolling schedule was established. Through the calculation and com-parison, it is found that not only the optimized rolling schedule could guanantee a good shape of plate, but also the relative equal load dis-tribution could fully play the ability of rolling mill and motor so as to caleulate the minimum rolling thickness more aceurately. According to this method, the simulation caleculation program for pemissive rolling range of products was developed under different widths and thick-nesses. Therefore, this program has a high aceuracy by comparison, and it could accurately reflect the rule of permissive rolling range of different steels. For a rolling line, when the product is wide, the minimum rolling thickness is mainly limited by the rolling force, rolling torque and other constraints. However, when the rolled workpiece is narrow, the rolling mill force parameter is rich, and the minimum rolling thickness is mainly limited to the finish rolling temperature.
