曲轴圆角半径测量方法对其过程控制能力的影响

摘要:简要介绍了利用R规和轮筛仪测量曲轴圆角半径的两种测量方法,并利用Minitab软件,对这两种测量方法所能达到的过程能力进行了分析。结果表明:利用R规,测量曲轴圆角半径的实际过程能力指数C为0.23,测量过程控制能力严重不足;而轮席仪测量所达到的实际过程能力指数C,为1.03,满足过程质量控制的要求。因此,曲轴生产过程中使用轮席仪能精确测量曲轴圆角半径,其加工一致性与实际过程控制能力远大于R规测量。建议曲轴生产厂家使用轮席仪测量曲轴圆角半径,提高曲轴圆角半径尺寸的测量精度,进而保证砂轮修整精度,提高过程质量控制能力。

Abstract : Two measuring methods were briefly introduced by using R gauge and profilometer to measure the crankshaft fllet radius, and the process capability of each measuring method was analyzed by Minitab software. The results demonstrate that the measurement process control ability is seriously insufficient with its actual process capability index C, of 0. 23 by using R gauge to measure the crankshaft fillet radius. The measurement can meet the requirements of process quality control with its process capability index C, of 1. 03 by using profil-ometer to measure the crankshaft fillet radius. 功用是通过连杆将活塞的往复运动转变为曲轴的旋转运动而输出动力。发动机工作时,曲轴承受气体压力、往复惯性力、旋转惯性力及其力矩的共同作用,处于弯曲和扭转复合的交变应力状态,扭振和不平衡质量引起的振动还会使曲轴产生附加应力。

曲轴本身绪构复杂,在曲柄臂至轴颈的过渡区圆角处(以下简称“圆角”)
存在相当严重的应力集中
现象,根据曲轴动态应力测量,轴颈圆角应力为中间应力的2.6~3倍)。另外,曲轴工作在高压高速负荷冲击振动条件下,工作条件苛刻,失效现象时有发生。大量曲轴失效分析表明,曲轴的断裂基本上属于疲劳断裂[2-3],曲轴失效形式主要为圆角处的应力集中而引起的疲劳断裂。
