三斜式三扇形板自润滑无缝配合卷简研究

(1.四川工程职业技术学院机电工程系,四川德阳618000;2.四川省高温合金切削工艺技术工程实验室,四川德阳618000)摘要:针对悬臂四棱锥胀缩结构的卷筒简的卷重能力低,且使用中容易出现夹卷、卷筒简不涨、滑楔频繁断裂、钢卷内圈酪伤或带钢出现压痕及错口缸漏油等故障,分析了故障产生的原因,主要是卷筒的悬臂四棱维胀缩结构存在一定缺陷。通过结构改进,采用内形块带动外楔形块、外模形块带动扇形板的“三斜楔、三扇形板”结构及无缝配合卷筒、自润滑等设计与制造技术,不仅提升了卷重能力,还消除了间隙因,使卷筒表面形成一光滑圆柱表面,避免了卷筒表面对钢带内图的伤,最大卷重增加了50%,而卷筒直径下降了15%,经济效益显著。

Abstract: Many problems appeared in the application of the traditional reel, such as the reel of the cantilever rectangular pyramid swell-shrink structure was not only the low coiling weight ability, but also prone to folding roll, rolling without bulging, frequent sliding wedge fracture , injuring inner steel ring or strip indentation as well as jaw cylinder leaking oil. Then, the causes of failure were analyzed, mainly because that there were some defects existed in the cantilever rectangular pyramid swell-shrink structure of reel. Through improving struc-ture and applying design and manufacturing technologies, such as the three-wedge and three-sector plate structure of the inner wedge block driving the outer wedge block and the outer wedge block driving the fan-shaped plate, the seamless fitting reel and self-lubricating etc. , the coiling weight ability is improved, and the gap circle is eliminated to make the reel surface form a smooth cylindrical surface and pre-vent injuring inner steel ring produced by the reel surface. Thus, the largest coiling weight increases by 50% and the reel diameter de-creases by 15% , which shows a remarkable economic benefit.

某厂镀锌线上的四棱锥斜楔式冷带钢卷取机自
2011年4月投产以来,多次出现夹卷现象。卷取到带尾时,因为带钢处于自由状态,出现数米长的带钢表面被严重划伤的情况,影响了产品质量及美观,有时甚至出现卷筒不涨缩、滑楔频繁断裂、钳口缸漏油等故障。分析其原因,主要是扇形板与扇形板之间的交错矩形齿啮合结构,造成下卷困难、扇形板碚伤钢板内圈]。与此同时,卷筒结构的4对滑

楔只支撑扇形块的中部,造成扇形块两翼悬空。这是造成卷重能力过低的主要原因;因为润滑结构不合理,导致润滑不良,不时出现卷筒不涨缩现象[2];由于滑楔与母体材料膨胀系数差异大,其结果使卷筒径向压力增加,导致卷筒收缩困难。滑楔的斜面根部与头部连接处无过渡圆弧,易造成应力集中,加速了滑模的断裂[3]。这些现象与故障已严重制约了生产的正常、连续运行。
