Abstract: The setting of distribution substation insuperhigh-risebuildingsshouldmeetthe requirements of national and local regulations. The distribution substation should be set up separately to facilitate the operation and management according to the nature of electricity consumption, The voltage drop at the terminal of the electrical equipment should meettherequirementsofrelevantregulations. Convenience in equipment transportation should be consideredand particular attention should be paid to the safety and economical efficiency of operation.By calculating the active power loss and voltage loss of the distribution substation of a certain super high-rise building, technical analysis and economic comparison

of
energy
and lowvoltagecables
consumption, cost
ofhigh
cost of equipment in the distribution substation, and equipment transportation for the selection of location ofdistributionsubstation

high-rise

building. For buildings with a height of 100 ~ 150 m, the main distribution substation can be set up only in the underground floor, but the voltage drop in the low-voltage distribution lines, i. e. the voltage drop, should be calculated for verification.

要求,考虑设备运输方便,侧重考虑运营的安全性及经济性。通过计算某超高层建筑配变电所的有功功率损耗和电压损失,从能耗、高低压电缆造价、配变电所设备造价、设备运输等方面对超高层建筑配变电所选址进行技术分析及经济比较。建筑高度在100~150m 的超高层建筑,可仅在地下层设置主配变电所,但应对低压配电线路的电压损失即电压降进行校验计算。

随着中国经济的高速发展,各城市不断出现地标式建筑,其中多数是以超高层建筑的形式出现的。对于超高层建筑,配变电所是配电系统能源中心,为大楼的运转提供动力源泉。合理设计供配电系统、确定配变电所的数量和位置,对提高系统供电质量,保证供电的安全可靠,对节约能源作用重大。本文以笔者参与的某超高层项目为例,述超高层建筑配变电所选址分析方法。

1.1满足国家及地方相关规范规定的要求
配变电所设置应根据工程特点、负荷性质、用电容量、所址环境、供电条件、节约电能、安装、运行和维护要求等因素,合理选用设备和确定设计方案,并应考虑发展的可能性。
