碳酸盐岩油气田地面建设模式实践

摘要:塔中I号气田是中国最大的奥陶系礁滩体凝析气田,属典型的碳酸盐岩型缝调型油蔗,具有井间差异性强、单井产量递减快、油气物性复杂、生命周期短(0.5~3a)等特点,采用传统的建设模式,地面工程开发面临总体市局难、装置适应性差、集输工艺选择困难、设计周期长等间题,结合塔中号气田开发实例,进行管理和技术创新,成立一体化管理机构,变“地上服从地下”为“地上地下协调发展”,形成“整体规划、骨架先行,滚动开发、区块接替,快速建产、综合调整”的碳酸盐岩油气田开发模式,解决地面工程面临的难题,适应碳酸盐岩油气田开发需要。

Abstract: Tazhong I gas field is the largest Ordovician reef beach condensate gas field in China. It is a typical carbonate fractured-type reservoir with strong inter-well difference, rapid decline in single well production, complex, short life cycle (0. 5 ~ 3 years) and other characteristics. With the use of traditional construction mode, ground engineering development is facing issues such as difficult overall layout, poor device adaptability , hard selection for gathering and transportation process, long design cycle and others. Combined with the actual development of TazhongI gasfield, the management and technological innovation are perfomed to establish an integrated management institutions, changing the conception fron" surface subject to the underground" to " coordinated development between surface and underground" and forming a development mode of “overall planning, framework first, rolling development, rapid construction and comprehensive adjustment" for carbonate rock & gasfield. The issues in surface engineering have been solved to adapt to the development of carbonate rock oil & gasfields.
