水平井分段多簇压裂各射孔簇
破裂压力分析

摘要:为了提高水平井分段多簇压裂射孔簇的起裂效率,针对段内多条裂缝同步扩展的特点,考虑裂缝间的应力阻隔效应以及缝内有效净压力的变化,根据待压段的诱导应力建立了不同身孔慧破裂压力计算模型,并分析了各射孔续破裂压力的变化规律。通过研究得出认识:水平并分多簇压裂多条裂缝同步扩展时存在应力阻隔效应,待压段受到的诱导应力为之前各段最后一簇裂缝缝内有效净压力产生的诱导应力的叠加;距离上一投压裂位置最远的射孔账破裂压力最低,投内
问内迅速提高排量,利用射乳孔眼的节流效应提高并底压力,实现多赛裂缝的依次起款;投内较小的应力变化会引起较大的被裂压力差异,诗导应力引起的各射孔熊破款压力的变化在射孔参数设计和压裂参数优化时必须得到重视。

Abstract : In order to enhance the breakdown efficiency of perforation clusters in the process of staged multi-cluster fracturing in horizontal wells, a breakdown pressure calculation model of perforation clusters is established according to the induced stress of fracturing stage, the varying law of breakdown pressure of perforation cluster is analyzed based on the formation characteristics of multi-fracture synchronous extension in view of the stress resistance and effective net pressure between fractures. The results show that stress resistance exists while multi-fracture is extending synchronously in the process of staged multi-cluste fracturing in horizontal wells, the induced stress generated by the effective net pressure in last fracture of ahead stages will add up to the stage which to be fractured; perforation cluster furthest from the last fracture position has the minimum breakdown pressure, the difference between breakdown pressure of perforation clusters will increase with the extension of time, it is the best time to break all the perforation clusters at
