含CO,高温蒸汽环境中低合金钢耐腐蚀性能评价

摘要利用高温高压签模拟CO:辅助蒸汽驱注气井简工况,在CO:分压为2MPa,温度为160 220℃条件下,对低合金钢进行了失重挂片腐蚀试验,得到了不同温度条件下管材的腐蚀速率,并利用扫描电镜和能谱仪观测管材在不同温度条件下的腐蚀形貌及产物组成。实验结果表明:在160220 ℃范国内,随着温度的升高,低合金钢的腐蚀速率呈现先降低后增大的变化趋势,且均在160℃时腐蚀速率最高;在实验条件下,两种低合金碳钢的均匀腐蚀速率均小于油田控制指标0.076mm/a,满足注气并并简管柱的腐蚀控制要求。

Abstract:By simulating the environment of CO2 auxiliary steam with HTHP autoclave,the corrosion behavior of low alloy steels was studied under 160—220 C and 2 MPa partial pressure, and the corrosion rate was measured by the weight loss method . The morphology and composition of the corrosion product under different temperature were analyzed by SEM and EDS . The results showed that the average corrosion rate of N8O and 3Cr steels appeared as a deep *V' shape. The corrosion of N80 and 3Cr steel reached the maximum when the temperature was 160 ℃C. Under the test conditions , the uniform corrosion rates of two low alloy steels were less than the control target of oil field (O .076 mm/a), and both met the demand of gas injection well .

高温蒸汽驱过程中伴注CO2,能够充分发挥CO2 溶解降黏的机理,从而改善稠油油藏的开采效果[1-2]。但是,注气井面临的管材腐蚀风险较大。CO在潮湿

的环境中能引起管材迅速发生全面腐蚀和严重的局部腐蚀,使管材发生腐蚀失效,降低井筒服役寿命,甚至引起井筒报废[3-5]
