双色谱柱分析模块型在线气相色谱仪
校准结果的不确定度评定

摘要以具有双色谱柱分析模块的一种在线气相色谱仪的校准为例,对两个分析模块的分离度、灵敏度校准结果的测量不确定度分别进行了评定,并对评定结果进行了讨论。结果显示,两个分析模块的分离度、灵敏度校准结果的相对扩展不确定度基本相同,校准机构在进行不确定度评定时可以简化运算过程,重点关注对不确定度影响较大的因素。但由于两个分析模块的分离度、灵敏度数值不同,使用单位更应关注分离度、灵敏度数值较小的分析模块是否符合要求。

Abstract:Taking the calibration of on-line gas chromatography with double chromatographic column analysis module as an example , the measurement uncertainty of resolution and sensitivity of two analysis modules were evaluated , and the evaluation results were discussed . The results showed that the relative expanded uncertainty of resolution and sensitivity of two analysis modules were basically the same, calibration institutions could simplify the calculation process when making the uncertainty evaluation , and focus on the factors that have a greater impact on uncertainty . But due t the value of resolution and sensitivity of two analyses module were different , the user should focus on the analysis module with smaller value of resolution and sensitivity , and determined whether they conform with the requirements.

我国自20世纪90年代末开始引进在线气相色谱仪用于天然气贸易交接计量,目前在中国石化川气东送、榆济管道、山东管道等各大分输计量站都使用了在线气相色谱仪实时分析天然气的组成及其密度、发热量等物性参数,确保天然气流量计量的准确可靠。
