列管式冷换设备管束失效原因
分析及质量控制

摘要:为了延长炼化装置的安全、高效、平稳运行周期,通过调研大量文概报道和总结多年生产设备运行管理经验,得出影响装置长周期运行的主要因素是冷换设备的损坏。从设计、制造、使用三方面对列管式冷换设备管束使用寿命的影响因素进行认真分析,认为导致冷换设备损坏的主要因素是使用阶段的应力商蚀。主要故障部位是管板与管子的连接处。对设计、制造、使用三方面质量控制措施进行了筒要述,并提出了管束失效修复方法。

Abstract: In order to extend the safe, efficient and smooth running cycle of refining device, analysis have been conducted from the aspect of design, manufacturing and application through a large number of literature research and summary of years of equipment running management. It is believed that the damage of heat exchanger is the main factor affecting the long-term operation of equipment while stress corrosion at operation stage is the major reason for the damage of heat exchanger. The main failure is at the junction of tube plate and pipe. Quality control measures have been briefly reviewed for design, manufacturing and application with renovation methods having been put forward for tube failure.
