摘要：工程公司信息化建设的需求由企业战略和业态所决定，规划与构建一个统一的信息化管理平台，使该平台具有高度的业态造应性、业务连续性，是工程公司信息化建设的重要任务。基于对工程公司信息化规划与建设任务的理解，结合工程公司业态特点，分析了桌面云对工程公司业态的适应性，尝试提出了另一种与工程公司业态高度适应的资源应用云的理论定义；并简要回顾了在该理论指导下某云平台的规划与建设情况，总结了这一累构下云平台的建设成效。

This paper puts forward a high adaptability resources application cloud theory by analyzing the adaptability of the desktop cloud to engineering company based on the engineering company planning and construction task. Under the guidance of the theory , this paper gives a brief account about the planning and construction with a certain cloud platform. At last, the effectiveness of the cloud platform construction is summarized
