摘要:筛管完井的水平并一般水平段套管外没有固井,常规找堵水工具的应用受到限制,中原油图在云2平4并开展了水平井定向措水技术的相关研究。采用K344专用对隔器卡时预定层段,将高性能堵制化学时隔器(ACP)定向置放,实现无固井段套管外的地层分隔,然后采用K344专用封隔器验证化学封隔器(ACP)的封堵效果;最后采用专用插管封隔器,向地层挤入较大制量高性能堵制(ZR-PD),达到时堵水平并出水层段的的。现场施工结果表明,堵水后平均日增油3.7t,含水下降4.5 个百分点;截至2015年底,阶段累计增油1023.6t,累计降液22983m,阶段有效期398d。水平井定向堵水的针对性强,工艺成功率高,增油降水效果明显。

Abstract: Cementation is usually not conducted outside the casing in horizontal section of a horizontal well completed by screen pipc, and the application of conventional water detection and shutoff tools is restricted. In this regard, the horizontal well directional water plugging technology was discussed for its applicability in Well Y2-P4 in the Zhongyuan Oilfield. Special K344 packer was used to seal the pre-determined section, and the high performance plugging agent annular chemical packer (ACP) was placed directionally to realize separation of formation outside the casing that was not cemented. Then, special K344 packer was used to verify the plugging effect of the ACP. Finally, special bayonet-tube packer was used to inject large volume of high performance plugging agent (ZR-PD) into the formation, so as to achieve the plugging of water-producing interval of horizontal scction. Field application shows that, after water plugging, the average daily incremental oil was 3.7 t, and the water cut dropped by 4.5%. By the end of 2015, the interim total incremental oil was 1 023.6 t, the total decremental fluid was 22 983 m', and the interim effective period was 398 d. The horizontal well directional water plugging technology is highly specific to certain application, and it can realize high success and apparent oil increasing and water decreasing effect.
