摘要:煤层气连通水平并一般采用旋转磁场测距导向系统(RMRS)实现润穴并与水平并的连通,通过测量水平井与河穴井之间的距离与方位达到相交连通的目的。但在连通作业过程中,水平位移过长、测量数据累计误差过大等问题会乎致连通精度下降。为此,在现有煤层气连通技术基础上,采用优化连通工艺猎施、旋转磁场测距导向系统引导MWD测量系统计算技术、对测量数据的误差评价分新和改进等技术形成一套精确控制连通轨连的工艺技术。现场应用结果表明,连通成功率提高到 100%,可全面用于煤层气连通井施工。

Abstraet: The rotating magnet ranging system (RMRS) is generally adopted in CBM connected horizontal wells to connect the cavity well with the horizontal well. And the intersection and connection between the horizontal well and the cave well is achieved by measuring the distance and azimuth between them. During the connecting operation, however, the connection accuracy drops for the horizontal displacement is too long and the accumulative error of measuring data is too large. To solve these problems, a set of technologies that can control the connect-ed trajectory accurately were developed the basis of existing CBM connection technology by adopting the connection technology optimizing measures, the calculation technology of RMRS guided MWD measurement system, and the error evaluation, analysis and improvement tech-nology of measuring data. The results of field application show that the success rate of the connection is increased to 100%, and it can be used in the construction of CBM connected wells.

近年来,煤层气作为清洁型能源,开发力度不断增大。煤层气储层具有渗透率低、压力低的特点。由于钻单支水平并煤层控制面积小,产量低,不利于后期的排水降压作业,现在煤层气开发多采用多分
支水平井。多分支水平井需要工艺井与洞穴井之间的连通【1-3],需要对两井距离、方位偏差、连通点的靶点坐标等进行精确测量、计算,找出实际连通靶点,然后对井眼轨迹进行精准控制,确保成功连通【4-5]。
