风城超稠油强亲油弱亲水降黏体系

摘要:针对风城趣稠油在蒸汽吞吐生产中后期低温条件下开采效果较差的现状,引入了活性大分子降黏制辅助蒸汽吞吐开象技术。以风城超凋油胶质、沥青质含量等主要物化性能为依据,设计制备了具有强承油弱亲水特征的活性大分子降独制。模拟蒸汽吞吐工艺,宝内评价显示降黏剂用量0.2%、油水质量比10:3时,所形成0/W降黏体系初始表观黏度小于300 9 产油量比上一轮产量增加40.38t,是上一轮产油量的2.27倍。研究结表明活性大分子降黏剂可大幅降低风城超稠油表观黏度,特别是改善超稠油在低温条件下的流动性,有效延长蒸汽吞吐的低温开采时间,提升周期产油量,应用前录广调。

aeaa e s a ea sae ae ea e are poor under low temperatures, Accordingly, active macromolecular viscosity reducers are often selected to assist the steam huff-and-puff operations. Depending on specific properties (including contents of gel and asphalts) of ultra heavy oil in Fengcheng Block, strong-lipophilic and weak-hydrophilic active macromolecular viscosity reducers were prepared. They were assessed in lab for simulated steam huff-and-puff operations. The test results show that the O/W viscosity-reducing system with viscosity reducer of 0.2% and oil/water mass ratio of 10:3 has an initial apparent viscosity less than 300 mPa-s. The system displayed static stability. The viscosity reducer can endure high temperature up to 300°C and have good compatibility with de-emulsifier TA1031. Field tests show that oil production in the test is 40.38 t higher than, or 2.27 times of, that in the preceding round, under temperatures below 60°C. It is suggested that the active macromolecular viscosity reducers can dramatically reduce apparent viscosity of ultra heavy oil in Fengcheng Block. These reducers can effectively enhance mobility of ultra heavy oil under low temperatures and prolong low-temperature production time of steam huff-and-puff operations to enhance oilfield productivity. These reducers are prospective for application in oilfields.
