AI/SiC材料螺旋铣孔铣削力实验研究

摘要:螺旋铣孔具有铣削力小、加工质量好、加工效率高的优点。Al/SiC是典型难加工材料,铣削过程中铣削力和转矩大。铣削力和转矩大会造成刀具及其工件严重变形,铣削力和转矩在很大程度上也会影响零件表面质量和使用性能。应用螺凝铣孔技术加工Al/SiC材料孔,研究了切削速度和进给率对铣削力和转矩的影响规律。实验结采表明切削速度和进给率对铣削力和转矩有重要影响。铣削力和转矩随切削速度增大先增大后减小。铣削力和转矩随进给率增加而增加。并从切眉儿何形状、加工硬化、热软化、材料微观结构方面分析了铣削力随切削参数的变化规律。从铣削力和加工效
率方面考虑实际生产中可以增加切削速度,适当降低进给率,为实际生产过程提供指导。关键词:螺旋铣孔:Al/SiC:铁削力:切削速度;进给率

Experimental Research on Milling Forces of Helical Milling for Al/SiC
Hole-making

Abstract: The spiral milling hole has the advantages of small cutting force, good processing quality and high processing efficiency- Al/SiC is typical difficult-to-machine material with large milling force and torque in helical milling. Causing the cutting tool and the workpiece deformation seriously, high cutting force and torque affect parts surface quality and using properties to a great extent. The holes of Al/SiC material were processed using spiral milling technology. This paper presents the impact of the feed rate and speed on pro cessing forces and torque during spiral milling hole. It was found that the feed rate and cutting speed made a significant impact on the milling force and torque. The milling force and torque increased with the increase of the cutting speed, and then decreased . Increasing the feed rate led to an increase in the milling force and torque. The milling force varying with cutting parameters are analyzed in terms of the geometry of the chip, the work hardening behavior, the heat softening and the microstructure of the material. From the aspect of milling force and the processing efficiency, spiral milling hole can be accomplished by increasing cutting speed, appropriately decreasing the feed rate for the sake of providing guidance to actual manufacturing prac-tice.

近年来复合材料得到越来越广泛应用,在很多领
域复合材料已经取代传统金属材料。由于Al/SiC比强度高、比热强度高、耐磨性好、抗氧化性能好,AI/SiC 广泛应用于飞机零部件及汽车零部件制造中[1-2]。在汽车零件加工中高达50%加工过程会有孔加工,在飞
机制造中应用的更多3]。传统上应用钻孔技术加工孔,钻孔加工具有很高的加工效率,但精度不高,钻孔后还需要后续铰孔。螺旋铣孔的提出是由于与钻孔相比其自身有许多优点:一把刀具可以加工一系列直径的孔而不用换刀;更高的加工精度;更小的轴向切削力;孔径出入口处毛刺较少;孔表面加工质量较高。文章[4应用TiAIN涂层刀具螺旋铣削Ti-6AI-4V小孔,对
