混凝法去除水中TiO2纳米颗粒徐楠”,孙文全a,b,孙永军a,b,唐梦丹",马根朝

摘要:为了探讨混凝法去除水中纳米颗粒的可行性及最佳条件,研究了无机混凝剂(PAC、PFS、 PAFC)和有机累凝剂(CPAM、APAM、NPAM)对TiO,纳米题粒的去除效果,并考察了投加量、 pH、沉淀时间、水力条件及有机无机复配对TiO,纳来颗粒去除效率的影响。单独投加PAC、PFS 和PAFC时,三者对应的最高去除率分别为92.51%、84.43%、95.66%。单独投加CPAM、 APAM、NPAM时三者对应的去除率仅为61.72%、29.06%、55.37%。复配最佳混凝条件为:投加 40mg/LPAC和3mg/LCPAMpH值为9.G值143.5/s,沉淀时间15min,此时,TiO:纳米颗粒去除率为99.6%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the feasibility of removing the nanoparticles (NPs) from water by coagulation, the effects of inorganic coagulants (PAC, PFS,PAFC) and organic flocculants (CPAM APAM, NPAM) on the removal efficiency of TiO, NPs were evaluated. The effects of dosage, pH, sedimentation time, hydraulic conditions and compound flocculants were also investigated. The highest removal rates of PAC,PFS and PAFC were92.51%,84.43%and 95.66%whiletheremoval rates of CPAM,APAMandNPAMwere only61.72%,29.06%and 55.37%respectively.Theoptimum coagulation dosage were 40 mg/L PAC and 3 mg/L CPAM, while the pH was 9, G value was 143.5/s and
the sedimentation time was 15min+and the corresponding removal efficiency of TiO, NPs was 99. 6 %. Keywords:coagulation;coagulant;flocculants nanoparticles sedimentation time
