摘要:本文针对Q345圆钢管在横向局部压力荷载作用下的受力性能开展了非线性有限元分析,探讨了管径、壁厚及连接板尺寸对圆钢管横向局部抗压承载力的影响规律,明确了横向荷载作用下钢管受压区的变形行为,建立了圆钢管横向局部受力的计算模型并开展了理论分析,结合有限元分析结果给出了横向抗压承载力计算公式,为实际工程应用提供参考。有限元结果表明:在横向荷载作用下,管身受压处局部凹陷,两侧的管壁向外膨胀,连接板与管身间有空隙,变形模态为六塑性钦机构:增大壁厚或连接板尺寸与管径比值都可以提高钢管横向局部抗压刚度,增强其抵抗变形的能力,提高横向局部抗压承载力。

Abstract: In order to investigate the local compressive bearing capacity of circular steel tube( Q345) under lateral load, nonlinear finite element analysis has been carried out. The influence laws of diameter, thickness and the size of connecting plate on the lateral local compressive capacity were discussed. The deformation behavior of circular steel tube under lateral load was identified. The calculation model of steel pipe under lateral load was established and calculation theory was carried out. According to the simulated results, the formula of the local compressive bearing capacity of circular steel tube under lateral load was proposed which provides a reference for application to the project. FEM analytical results show that the displacements of circular steel tube under lateral load are local dent which finally makes side tube walls expand outward, a gap exists between connecting plate and steel pipe. The deformation mode is six-plastic-hinge framework. The increases of wall thickness and ratio of the size of connecting plate to diameter contribute greatly to the increase of lateral local compressive stiffness which enhances the capacity for resisting deformation and improves lateral local compressive capacity.
