喷嘴几何参数对渐缩形喷孔喷嘴流动特性影响研究

摘要:利用混合多相流空穴模型,进行了渐缩形喷孔喷嘴内三维气液两相流数值模拟,详细研究了喷孔几何参数对其内部流动特性的影响规律,并与圆柱形喷孔喷嘴进行了对比分析。结果表明,在一定变化范围内,喷孔直径、喷孔轴线与针阀轴线夹角(喷孔倾角)及喷孔入口圆角半径,对渐缩形喷孔喷嘴内的空化效应、喷孔出口平均流速、流量系数及喷孔质量流量的影响呈现出其对圆柱形喷孔喷嘴相似的影响规律;但相同条件下,当喷孔人口直径相同时,渐缩形喷孔喷嘴内的空化效应要弱于圆柱形喷孔喷嘴,喷孔出口平均流速和流量系数要高于圆柱形喷孔喷嘴,喷嘴质量流量要低于圆柱形喷孔喷嘴。

Abstract: The threedimensional numerical simulation of gasliquid twophase flow in the diesel nozzle with convergent hole (DNCH) was carried out by using the mixed multiphase cavitation flow model, and the effects of the geometric parameters of the injector orifice on the intermal flow characteristics were analyzed in detail. The results show that the influences of the orifice diameter, the angle between the axes of the orifice and the needle valve (orifice angle) and the comer radius at the orifice inlet on the internal flow characteristics of DNCH are the same as those of the diesel nozzle with cylindrical hole. For DNCH and diesel nozzle with cylindrical hole with the same inlet diameter, the cavitation effect and the mass flow rate of DNCH are weaker than those of the diesel nozzle with cylindrical hole, the mean flow velocity at the outlet and the discharge coefficient are higher than those of the diesel nozzle with cylindrical hole under the samecondition.
