球轴承润滑对电主轴的振动分析

摘要:以等温点接触弹流润滑理论为基础,研究电主轴球轴承在高速运转下的内部润滑状态,分析不同工况下接触区域油膜压力分布和油膜厚度分布,经仿真分析得到电主轴位移响应。分析结果表明,主轴位移响应随速度参数U、截参数W和圆率K,等参数不同而不同,通过计算和仿真选择适当参数,以降低电主轴端部振动,提高电主轴可靠性。

别,但是当出现相加的信号时,该方法带有明显的局限性,容易造成误诊。倒谱分析可以识别幅值谱中的周期成分,受传递路径影响小,但缺点是当调制边频的幅值不大或者信号中含有较大噪声时,倒谱中调制频率的幅值并不明显。将Hilbert解调和倒谱综合应用在风电机振动故障诊断中,可以提高诊断

Abstract Based on the theory of isothermal point contact EHL,the internal lubrication of ball bearing in electric spindle has been researched, Dis-tributions of the film pressure and film thickness were obtained by numerical calculation, the result shows that the vibrations of electric spindle are dif-ferent because of the parameters,which include the speed U, load W and ellipticity K,. In order to re-duce the vibration of electric spindle and improve reliability appropriate parameters can be referenced by numerical calculation and simulation.
