求解域不确定轴承动压油膜的压力分布计算

摘要:油膜起点相位不在连心线处,且起点的相位角随着偏位角的变化而变化,从而影响油膜压力的求解域及其分布。根据二维雷诺方程建立数学模型,先假设偏位角,再根据轴承的结构特点获得油膜起点的相位角度和求解域,使用有限差分法反复选代求得油膜区的压力分布,将中间断面上的压力分布值分解成沿连心线方向与垂直连心线方向的分量,再用MATLAB软件拟合这两个分量的曲线方程,通过数值积分获得中间断面在这两个方向上的承载量,以此求得新的偏位角;按新求得的偏位角和求解域进行新一轮的计算,经多次循环当所求得的偏位角收敛后,即得到最终的油膜压力
区承载量计算所得的压力分布和偏位角十分相近,且计算过程简化不少。关键词:动压油膜;偏位角;压力分布;求解域

Abstract: The phase of oil film starting point is not in the defiled line and the phase angle of starting point changes as the change of attitude angle,thus the solution domain and its distribution of oil flm pressure is affected. The mathematical model is set up based on the two-dimensional Reynolds equation,firstly the attitude angle is assumed, then the phase angle and the solution do-main of oil film starting point are get according to the structural characteristics of the bearing,the pressure distribution of oil film area is obtained by using the finite difference method iteratively ,the value of the pressure distribution on the middle section is di-vided into the components along the defiled line direction and the vertical defiled line direction, MATLAB software is used to fit the curve equation of two components,the two directional capacity on the middle section are obtained through the numerical inte-gration to enlist new attitude angle;a new round of calculation is conducted according to new attitude angle and solving domain, after the attitude angle obtained through repeated circulation is astringed, the final oil film pressure distribution and the attitude angle are obtained, The results show that the pressure distribution and the attitude angle obtained through the two-dimensional problem and the calculation of the bearing capacity on the middle section are close to that through the calculation of the bearing capacity of the whole oil film area,and the calculation process is simplified a lot.
