四川盆地富顺区块坛202井技术套管居中度分析

摘要并身质量和套管居中是提高注水泥浆项替效率、保证固井质量的主要条件,为了控制套管的偏心度,固并时常采用安装套管扶正器或活动套管等有效措施。合理安放套管扶正器,提高套管居中度,不但有利于减少下套管摩阻和套管卡钻的风险,保障套管顺利下入,还有利于提高固并时项替效率。套管居中度是影响固并质量的关键因素,越来越受到钻并工程的重视,套管居中度计算也从简单计算逐渐采用软件模拟。但套管居中度分析多是理论计算,与实际的套管居中度是否一致,很少提及。采用现有的三种软件模报壳牌公司四川签地富顺区块坛202并技术套管的居中度,并与电测套管居中度对比分析。结果表明:①现有模报软件分析套管居中度均大于实际电测套管居中度,不同软件模拟数值相差大:②需要进一步加强套管居中度系统研究,优化扶正器性能参数,透一步完善现有模拟软件模型,使软件模拟套管居中度更符合实际。该认识为下一步开展套管居中度分析方法研究、完善相关模拟软件提出了具体方向。

Abstract: Good-quality borehole and casing centralization are main conditions for improving cement displacement efficiency and guaranteeing cementing quality. To reduce casing eccentricity, some effective measures are taken in the process of well cementing such as installing casing centralizer or moving casing. Casing centralizer is installed reasonably to increase the casing centralization This practice is beneficial to the smooth lowering of casing by reducing the risk of casing running friction and casing sticking, and it is also advantageous to improve the displacement efficiency of well cementing. The casing centralization, as the key factor affecting cementing quality, attracts more and more attention of drilling engineering, and its calculation is converted from simple pattern to soft-ware simulation. The casing centralization is mostly analyzed based on theoretical calculation, and it is rarely mentioned whether the theoretical calculation is in agreement with the actual value. In this paper, the intermediate casing centralization in Shell's Well Tan 202 in the Fushun block, Sichuan, were simulated by using three kinds of software, and then the simulated centralization was com asses seeeea eae s ea than the value measured by well logging and the difference between different simulated values is larger. It is recommended to strength-en systematic study further on casing centralization, optimize performance parameters of centralizer, and complete existing simulation software model to make the software simulation value of casing centralization close to the well logging data. The research results pres-ent the specific issues involved in the further study on casing centralization analysis methods and the perfection of related simulation software
