前 言
江苏省地处江淮,滨临黄海,属亚热带向暖温带过渡地区,气温正负交替频繁,水环境复杂,水利工程混凝土受碳化、氯离子侵蚀、冻融侵蚀、化学侵蚀等劣化作用影响日益显现。
为提高水利工程混凝土耐久性,规范混凝土耐久性技术工作,参照国内相关标准,编制《水利工程混凝土耐久性技术规范》,规定了设计、施工、运行等阶段混凝土耐久性技术要求。
本规范依据 GB/T 1.1--2009《标准化工作导则 第 1 部分:标准的结构和编写》编制。
本规范附录 A 为规范性附录。
本规范由江苏省水利厅提出并归口。
