前 言
本标准是根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发 2019年度省工程建设标准和标准设计第二批制(修)订计划的通知》(冀建节科函〔2019〕27号)会同有关单位编制而成。
本标准,编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国内标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制了本标准。
