前 言
本标准为强制性标准,其中第 3.0.5为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
本标准是根据北京市质量技术监督局 2010年2 月下发的《关干征求 2010年北京市地方标准制修订项目意见的通知》,由北京市政建设集团有限责任公司会同原参编单位对原北显市地方标准《排水管(渠)工程施工质量检验标准》(DBJ01-13-2004)修订而成。
全文共分10章和5个附录,主要技术内容包括1、总则,2、术语,3、基本规定,4、土方,5、基础,6、开(挖)槽施工主体结构,7、非开(挖)槽施工主体结构,8、附属构筑物,9、管渠功能性试验,10、抽升泵站;附录A 排水管(渠)工程分部工程、分项工程划分,附录B施工测量允许偏差,附录C管渠闭水试验方法,附录D管道闭气试验方法,附录E混凝土结构无压管道渗水量测与评定方法,附录均为规范性附录。
本次修订的主要内容∶
1、 按照北京市质量技术监督局地方标准编写格式要求,对原标准节和条款格式进行了修改和调整。
2、主控项目和一般项目增加了检查数量和检验方法。
3、增加了排水管渠工程施工质量控制的规定。
4、增加了部分化工管材的检验标准。
5、增加了塑料检查井的检验标准。
6、将原标准第九章"闭水试验"改为"管渠功能性试验",增加了"管渠闭水试验方法(附录C)"、
混凝土结构无压管道渗水量测与评定方法(附录E),完善了管渠功能性试验。
7、增加了混凝土模块砌筑泵站的检验标准。
8、修订了条文说明。
