本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准使用重新起草法参考ISO/TR 15409：2002«道路车辆 火花塞热值分级》编制，与ISO/TR 15409:2002的一致性程度为非等效。
本标准由中华人民共和国工业和信息化部提出。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 114)归口。
