本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB/T 21198.3—2007《貴金属合金首饰中贵金属含址的测定ICP光谱法 第3部分:祀合金首饰杷含量的测定釆用紀为内标。
本标准与GB/T 21198.3-2007相比.主要技术变化如下：
—修改了适用范围为“把含量为500%。〜990%。”（见第1章.2007年版的第1章）,
—增加了取样方法的規定.相应在规范性引用文件中増加了 ISO 11596（见第2章和第6章）,
—増加了直接配制校正测试溶液和样品测试溶液的内容及结果计算方法（见7,2.3.7.3.2和7.6.4）。
