本标准根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发〈2022 年度
省工程建设标准第二批制(修)订计划〉的通知》(冀建节科函
〔2022〕104 号)的要求,由河北建筑设计研究院有限责任公司
会同有关单位编制而成。
本标准共分 9 章和 4 个附录,主要技术内容包括:1.总则;2.
术语;3.基本规定;4.系统感知设计;5.系统传输设计; 6.系统应
用;7.系统施工与调试;8.系统验收;9.运行与维护。
本标准由河北建筑设计研究院有限责任公司负责具体内容的
解释,由河北省绿色建筑推广与建设工程标准编制中心负责管理。

总
则
1.0.1
为了规范消防设施物联网系统的设计、施工、验收和运行
维护,提高消防设施的完好率,预防和减少火灾危害,保护人身
和财产安全,制定本标准。
1.0.2
本标准适用于河北省新建、改建及扩建民用建筑工程消防
设施物联网系统的设计、施工、验收和运行维护。
1.0.3
消防设施物联网系统的设计、施工、验收和运行维护应针
对消防设施的使用特点和运维、检测要求,采用有效的技术措施,
统筹兼顾,做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理。
1.0.4
消防设施物联网系统的组件、设备和软件应符合国家现行
产品标准和准入制度。
1.0.5
消防设施物联网系统的设计、施工、验收和运行维护,除
应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合现行国家和河北省有关标准的
规定。

2.0.1
消防设施物联网系统
internet of things(IoT)systerm of

通过信息感知设备,按消防远程监控系统约定的协议,连接
物、人、系统和信息资源,将数据动态上传至信息运行中心;把
消防设施与互联网相连接进行信息交换,实现消防设施运行状态
信息和消防安全管理信息的采集 、传输、交换 、存储 、汇聚和
处理的信息系统。

对消防设施物联网系统的概念模型、整体架构、组成部分等
不同部分之间的关系描述。
2.0.3
消防数据交换应用中心
application center of fire data
switching
在消防设施物联网系统管理层中,接收和调用各消防设施物
联网系统的信息,对消防数据进行集中分析和应用的管理平台。
它可对系统运行平台推送相关的消防信息。
2.0.4
系统运行平台
system operation platform of FIoT
在消防设施物联网系统应用层中,负责处理信息并输出结果,
为相关应用平台提供后台支撑服务,并可以与消防数据交换应用
中心进行信息交换的基础平台。

信息运行中心
information center of FIoT
消防设施物联网系统应用层中,具有一定分析能力、处理能
力,并能存储数据的信息中心。

物联网用户信息装置
user information device of FIoT

用于接收物联网用户及其消防设施的主要信息和感知采集的
信息,通过有线或无线方式发送信息,将数据汇聚到信息运行中
心,并能对物理实体发出物联监测信息的装置。它设置在消防设
施物联网的用户端。

用于采集、交换消防给水系统中感知信息的物联监测装置。

风系统信息装置

用于采集、交换消防机械防烟、机械排烟和机械补风系统(设
施)中感知信息的物联监测装置。

消防泵信息监测装置

能够实时获取消防水泵的启/停、手/自动、电源和故障的
状态信息,并能通过网络进行数据传输的物联监测装置。

消防泵流量和压力监测装置

根据现行国家标准《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》GB
50974 的规定所设置的、具有感知消防泵流量和压力功能的物联
监测装置。

末端试水监测装置

设置在消防给水系统最不利点处,设有压力传感器和试水接
头或消火栓水枪的末端试水检测装置。

消防风机信息监测装置

能够实时获取消防风机的启/停、手/自动、电源和故障的
状态信息,并能通过网络进行数据传输的物联监测装置。

手持终端

在消防设施物联网中,以智能化检测消防设施、自动采集检
测数据为基础,利用物联网技术,实现消防设施数据的移动采集,
具有定位、信息交互功能的手持移动终端物联监测装置。

视频采集终端
video collector
对视频图像进行采集、压缩、传输的设备。
2.0.15
物联监测
monitoring and test of FIoT
采用物联网的技术,依据消防标准对消防设施的功能进行测
试性的检查、检测和监视,并将数据上传的行为。
2.0.16
物联巡查
patrol of FIoT
采用物联网的技术,巡查人员按照预先设定的路线对消防设
施的各巡查点进行巡视,进行消防设施直观的检查。

消防设施物联网服务
service of FIoT
按照消防数据交换应用中心的管理要求,提供消防设施物联
网系统,进行消防设施物联网服务的能力和行为。

基 本 规 定
3.1
一 般 规 定
3.1.1
消防设施物联网系统的设置应符合下列规定:
1
不得降低原有消防设施的技术性能指标;
2
不得影响原有消防设施的功能;
3
不得降低原有消防设施的可靠性;
4
不得对消防设施的运行状态进行控制。
3.1.2
消防设施物联网系统不应排斥消防设施的其他检查、测试、
维护的技术和方法。
3.1.3
消防设施物联网系统的安全应具有完整性、可用性的保护,
并应具有可能涉及的真实性、责任制、不可否认性和可靠性等属
性。
3.1.4
消防设施物联网系统应通过数据采集上传的数据,进行数
据挖掘、数据分析、数据清理和数据融合。
3.2
系统的设置
3.2.1
设有下列消防系统(设施)全部或部分的建筑物,宜设置
消防设施物联网系统:
1
消防给水及消火栓系统;
2
自动喷水灭火系统;
3
机械防烟和机械排烟系统;
4
火灾自动报警系统;
5
其他消防灭火系统。

3.2.2
当需要设置消防设施物联网系统时,建筑物内的消防给水
及消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统、机械防烟和机械排烟系统、
火灾自动报警系统应接入消防设施物联网系统,其他消防设施宜
接入消防设施物联网系统。
3.2.3
设有消防设施物联网系统的建筑,应配置物联网用户信息
装置。物联网用户信息装置的设置除应符合现行国家标准《消防
控制室通用技术要求》GB 25506 的有关规定外,还应符合下列规
定:

应设置在消防控制室内,当物联网用户未设有消防控制室
时,物联网用户信息装置宜设置在有人值班的场所;
2
物联网用户信息装置的设置应与消防设施的服务范围相
一致。
3.2.4
水系统信息装置、风系统信息装置宜分别设置在消防水泵
房、消防风机房或消防控制室内。
3.2.5
消防泵信息监测装置、消防风机信息监测装置宜就近设置
在消防水泵、消防风机的位置,或与对应设备的配电柜相结合。
当与配电柜结合设置时,应符合消防产品标准的规定。
3.2.6
消防泵信息监测装置可与水系统信息装置结合设置。消防
风机信息监测装置可与风系统信息装置结合设置。
3.2.7
不同的消防水泵、消防风机可以合用信息监测装置。
3.2.8
信息运行中心的设置应符合下列规定:
1
应设置在耐火等级为一、二级的建筑物中;
2
应符合现行国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016 中
消防控制室的有关规定;
3
不应设置在电磁场干扰较强或其他影响数据正常工作的
部位。

系统体系架构
3.3.1
消防设施物联网系统的体系架构自下而上应由感知层、传
输层、应用层、管理层构成(图 3.3.1)。
