内容简介

DB13(J)/T 8452-2021 房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程施工图设计文件审查标准

根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《2021 年度省工程建设标准和
标准设计第一批制(修)订计划》(冀建节科函〔2021〕31 号)
的要求,由中土大地国际建筑设计有限公司、河北省工程勘察设
计咨询协会、河北大成建筑设计咨询有限公司会同有关单位编制
本标准。
本标准共分 16 章,主要技术内容包括:1. 总则;2. 基本规
定;3. 岩土工程勘察与岩土工程设计;4. 房屋建筑建筑专业;5.
房屋建筑结构专业;6. 房屋建筑给水排水专业;7. 房屋建筑供暖
通风空调专业;8. 房屋建筑电气专业;9. 城市道路工程;10.城
市桥梁工程;11. 城市隧道及综合管廊工程;12. 市政给水排水工
程;13. 市政供热工程;14. 市政燃气工程;15. 市政环卫工程;
16. 防空地下室。
本标准由中土大地国际建筑设计有限公司负责具体技术内容
的解释,由河北省绿色建筑推广与建设工程标准编制中心负责管
理。
