1.0.1为规范重庆市难燃型挤塑聚苯板建筑外保温系统工程的应用，推动建筑节能技术进步，保证建筑节能工程质量，制定本规程。 1.0.2本规程适用于重庆地区新建、扩建、改建的民用建筑采用难燃型挤塑聚苯板建筑外保温系统的建筑节能工程。 1.0.3难燃型挤塑聚苯板建筑外保温工程的材料、设计、施工及验收除应执行本规程外尚应符合国家、行业和重庆市现行有关标准规定。
