11 1总. 则
1.0.1为规范公共浴场给水排水工程的设计、施工、质量验收、 运行维护及管理，满足洗浴要求，做到卫生健康、安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理，制定本规程。 1.0.2本规程适用于新建、扩建和改建的营业性公共浴场和社团性公共浴场的给水排水工程设计、施工、质量验收、运行维护及管理。不适用于住宅浴池、·海滨浴场、医疗机构的医学治疗浴池。 1.0.3公共浴场的给水排水工程设计应与洗浴工艺、建筑、结构、空调、电气、景观、装修等相关专业设计以及经营管理单位密切配合，确保符合节水、节能、卫生环保、安全可靠、使用舒适等方面的规定。 1.0.4公共浴场的给水排水工程的设计、施工、质量验收、运行维护及管理，除应执行本规程的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
