拟建建筑物下伏多层采空区评估简析

摘要:煤矿采空区上修建建筑物容易产生况降变形、房屋开裂,对于在下伏多层采空区上方修建建筑物(群)如何进行定性和定量的评估成为场地适宜性的关键问题。由于采空区开采的随机性,不仅要掌握采空区分布,还要通过工程勘探手段对掌握的资料进行验证,才能保证评价工作的科学合理。同时要对采空区按照分布情况分类,进行有针对性的多种方法的定性、定量计算,根据计算结果评价采空区。本文对如何运用物探、钻探等辅助手段对建筑场区的造
宜性进行综合评价,以期对后续工程建设提供参考。关键词:采空区;地灾评估;解变电磁法

Abstract: To construct buildings on the coal mine-out space will be casy to produce deformation and settlement, building cracking. How to carry out qualitative and quantitative assessment of multilayer abandoned stope under the proposed building becomes the key issue in the feasibility of field. Due to mining the randomness of the mined-out area, when mined-out area distribution of information is mastered, validation of the engineering exploration of master data is to ensure scientific and reasonable evaluation work. The distribution of mined-out area should be classified. And then a variety of targeted methods of qualitative and quantitative calculation are used to classify the mined-out areas. Finally, the mined-out area should be evaluated according to the calculation results. This article discusses how to use the auxiliary methods such as geophysical prospecting and drilling to comprehensive evaluate

窑合并成安家滩矿,1964年安家滩矿与王平村矿正式合并为王平村矿。并田有着较早的开采历史,有百余年小窑开采历史,场区的采空区成为对场区适宜性评价的关键问题。
