Abstract: In terms of Beijing, city building density is higher and higher, and influence of foundation pit excavation on surrounding environment is more and more complex. Such normal supporting pattern as soil nailing wall, composite soil nailing wall and anchor pile supporting can't completely meet the need of engineering, thus, continuous concrete wall, of which the construction technology is widely used in soft soil area is gradually used in Beijing. It is mature in soft soil area but experience is lacking, and continuous concrete wall construction is less in Beijing for regionality of geotechnical engineering. The paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of main construction procedure in Beijing of continuous

北京实现地灾“一张图”预警
本刊讯(周楚军)记者从北京市国土资源局信息中心了解到，该局在信息中心成立了地质灾害应急事务中心，并在汛期到来前推出地质灾害预警预报系统，提高了应对地质灾害的快速反应能力，实现了通过监管平台“一张图”空间数据分析系统预警。
据了解，该地灾预警预报系统在综合监管平台框架下开发，以北京市气象局提供的卫星云图、雷达回波图、实时降雨等数据为基础，通过叠加该局地灾隐患点、易发区等空间数据，实现趋势预警和实时预报，并自动生成市、区（县）两级地灾预警预报参考产品。系统同时提供预警信息领导审批、区县突发地灾速报等功能。
预警系统共纳入市局地灾预警、分局地灾预警及突发地灾速报3项流程。其中，市局地灾预警分为“预警信息生成”、“处长审批、“主管局长审批”、“局长审批”及“预警信息发布”5个审批环节，蓝色预警、黄色预警和橙色预警经国土资源局、气象局、水务局联合会商后，由国土资源局与气象局联合发布，并同时上报防汛抗旱指挥部备案。红色预警由国土资源局、气象局、水务局联合提出预警发布建议，由应急办报请应急委主任，经批准后由应急办或授权国土资源局与气象局联合发布。
