既有建筑绿色节能改造策略浅析

摘要：当前我国城市中大量的既有建筑，其生态理念慢慢流失。既有建筑改造应寻求多元化的改造方向，满足不同的使用要求。这样，在国家倡导建筑节能与绿色建筑的背景下，办公建筑的建筑内外环境函待提高和改善，在解决办公空间生态性和健康性的同时，从另一方面可改善城市区城空间环境品质。

Analysis on the Strategy of Building Green Energy Saving
for Existing Buildings

Abstract: At present, a large number of existing buildings in China's cities are slowly losing their ecological ideas. The transformation of existing buildings should seek diversified direction of transformation and meet different requirements. In this way, under the background of national advocacy of building energy saving and green building, the internal and extermal environment of office building needs to be improved and improved. While solving the ecological and health of office space,

the quality of urban space environment can be improved on the other hand. This paper studies the background, problems and trends of architectural transformation in a longitudinal way, and seeks the direction of diversification horizontally, and then analyzes the theme of the research: the strategy of building green building reconstruction. As an example of an office building in Beijing, the actual situation is analyzed. From the macro to microcosmic, the whole to the individual, the extermal to the internal level, the system analysis is carried out, and the requirements of the original principles and strategies are put forward from three aspects of the building extemal environment, energy saving and environmental transformation, water saving and water resources transformation.The article aims to explain the transformation strategy of existing buildings in the view of low carbon.
