基于网络模式的装备制造业产业集群发展研究

摘要：培育和增强我国装备制造业竞争力的根本途径在于加强装备制造业的集中化和规模化，发挥产业聚集和集中优势。通过分析装备制造业集群网络模式和集群网络链接模式，并结合黑龙江省装备制造业实地集群模式进行深入剖析，针对实证研究结论提出了基于网络模式的装备制造业产业集群发展对策。

Abstract: Cultivation and enhancement of Chinag equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness of the fundamental approach is to strengthen the equipment manufacturing industry is centralized and scaled, play industry aggregation and the advantages of centralized. 引言
产业集聚现象最早由经济学家马歇尔在《经济学原理》中提出，其理论便得到了不断地完善和发展"]。迈克尔·波特在《国家竞争优势》中提出一国优势产业往往在地理上集聚，随后开展了对集聚经济的研究，并提出产业集群（Industrial Cluster)概念。产业集群是指集中于一定区域内，大量产业联系密切的企业以及相关支撑机构在空间上的集聚，并形成持续竞争优势的现象[3]。基于区域内部分工协作的产业集群，一般产业特色明显，企业之间的关系以平等市场交易

为主，企业根据技术特点或生产能力形成一种水平或多层次的协作分工体系。由于较低的交易成本，愈加精细的专业化分工，促使企业不断从内部剥离出各种可分割的部分，节约了成本，获得了专业化优势，向规模经济进行发展[3,4]。惠宁（2005)指出创新群和合作网络已经成为促进区域发展、提升创新能力和区域竞争优势、缩小空间和社会不均衡的主要手段[5]。
装备制造业是为国民经济和国防建设提供各种技术装备的制造业总称，是中国产业升级、技术进步的重要保障。加快装备制造业的高端化、现代化、集群化是推动工业现代化的关键，也是实现由“制造大国”向“制造强国”战略转变的重要途径(6)。促进利用产业地区聚集而产生的外部性，
