基于博奔视角的能源问题分析与决策

摘要:为全面把握博弃论在能源领域的研究与应用现状,从而指导科学的能源问题决策,从宏观能源战略、中观能源市场和微观能源系统三个层面深入析了博弃论对能源问题分析与决策的适用性。在此基础上,针对各层面能源间题的典型特征,全面梳理了国内外应用博奔论分析相应能源问题的现状。分析结果表明,博率论在宏观能源战略分析领域大多立足于定性的理论分析;在中观电力市场和电力系统领域应用最为广泛;在微观能源系统领域的应用还处于起步阶段,但随着能源互联网理念的深入推进,有望发挥着越来越重要的作用。

Analysis and Decision of Energy Issues Based on Game Theory

Abstract: To understand the research status of game theory in the energy filed, so as to assist the scientific decision making of energy issues, the applicability of game theory has been analyzed from three levels, namely, macro energy strategy, meso energy market and micro energy system. In addition, according to the features of the energy issues in different levels, the current status of energy related research based on game theory has been teased. According to the analysis results, as to the analysis of macro energy strategy, the game theory has been employed for qualitative analysis; it is widely used for the analysis of electricity market and electricity system; while it is still in primary stage in the analysis of micro energy system. However, along with the penetration of energy internet concept, game theory is expected to be paid more and more attention especially for the end - user sector.

的必然选择)。然而,由于能源间题固有的复杂性,破解上述困境很难一而就。其中,最为关键的难点在于能源问题是一个涉及众多利益相关者的复杂的、多元的、跨领域、的系统性科学间题,有必要在理顺能源与经济、环境、社会、政治等各环节关系的基础上,协调与缓和国家间、地区间、用户间能源供需矛盾,确立面向可持续发展的能源供求生态体系。
