加热器抽汽压损对机组煤耗率影响的图谱分析

摘要:加热器抽汽压损对机组煤耗率有较大影响,分析其影响的具体规律对于指导机组优化运行和合理维修从而达到节能降耗的目的具有重要的指导意义。文中在抽汽压损变化对机组煤耗率影响计算公式的基础上,以某600MW凝汽式机组典型工况为例。求出了抽汽压损对煤耗率影响的强度系数及对煤耗率影响的具体数值,绘制了抽汽压损强度系数图谱与煤耗率图谱。据此分析了抽汽压损变化对煤耗率影响的具体规律,得到了运行中的监视重点和节能降耗的重点所在,为指导机组的运行和检修工作提供了理论依据。

Abstract: There is a tremendous influence of heater steam extraction pressure loss on unit's coal consumption rate, analyzing specific rules of the influence has important guidance significance to unit's optimization operation and reasonable repair for realizing energy saving and consumption reducing. This paper is at the base of the calculation formula which describes the influence of steam extraction pressure loss change to coal consumption rate, taking 600MW condensing steam turbine unit's typical conditions for an example, find out the intensity coefficient and specific value of the influence of steam extraction pressure loss changes on coal consumption rate, and then draw the intensity coefficient and coal consumption rate mappings about steam extraction pressure loss. According to this, the specific rules of influence of steam extraction pressure loss on coal consumption rate are analyzed and the important points of operation supervising and energy saving and consumption reducing are obtained, in which provide theoretical basis for directing unit's operation and repair.
