流化风机噪声特性分析与降噪措施

摘要:通过现场实测,某300MWCFB锅炉高压流化风机噪声值达110dB(A),不符合国家标准,严重影响工作人员的身体健康。对于流化风机噪声进行测量及计算,其结果为降噪参量提供科学依据,同时基于流化风机噪声产生原固和频谱特征的分析结果,并结合具体工程实例,提出在有限空间内加装以超细玻璃棉为吸声衬里的模块式吸声的方案,使流化风机噪声降低14.4dB(A)左右。现场安装测试结果表明,此方案安全可行,降噪效果明显,极大的改善职工的工作环境。

Abstract: There is a high pressure fluidization blower in 30OMW CFB boiler. By field measurement, the noise value can be up to 110 dB (A), which doesnt meet the state standards, and seriously affects the physical health of the staff. On - site measurement and calculations of fluidization blower noise, which provide the scientific basis for the noise parameters. Based on the causes of fluidization fan noise and spectrum characteristics analysis results, and combined with specific engineering example, the scheme of installing modular sound absorption enclosure in a limited space was proposed, selecting super fine glass cotton for sound absorption lining, which makes the fluidization blower noise to be reduced by nearly 14. 4 dB ( A). Field test showed that the scheme was feasible,
the denoising effects were obvious, and the ventilation system in this workshop was improved. Key words: Fluidization blower; Noise; Frequency analysis; Sound absorption enclosure
